EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as it arrives—so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Personalized Items
Custom embroidered or printed items (e.g., with your name or DBA logo) are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges – General Items
We’ll happily refund or exchange your online purchase if the following conditions are met:

Item is unopened, in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact

Return is made within 30 days of the delivery date

A copy of your order number, name, address, and phone number is included

Return is sent using a trackable shipping method (we cannot process refunds for items not received)
